Michele was the Associate Vice President, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at Emirates NBD where she managed and implemented the strategy that focuses on advocating for people with disabilities and financial literacy. She developed the bank’s employee volunteering programme, the Exchanger which was received numerous accolades from the United Nations and the Gulf Sustainability and CSR Awards (GSCSR). She managed an award-winning team named ‘Best CSR Team’ by the GSCSR and won two coveted internal Emerald Awards in the banking group.

In 2014, Michele co-created the e7 Girls Summit (Daughters of the Emirates) out of the inspiration of the G(irls)20 Summit to design something localized for the young women in the UAE.

In 2011, Michele strategically developed and executed a girls and women programming for a former candidate for Canadian Prime Ministership, businesswoman and philanthropist, Belinda Stronach by organizing the second annual G(irls)20 Summit in Paris, France.
